ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP (IF APPLICABLE)

If your vehicle uses a motor with anti-pinch and one-touch function, follow these steps after installation:

• Install the regulator and motor in the door and connect to the one-touch window switch before testing.
• If the window goes up fully and stays at the top, setup is correct.
• If the window moves up then drops down at the top, perform the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and check that it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the function operates correctly.
