ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP (IF APPLICABLE)

For window motors with an anti-pinch safety function, the feature may need to be reset after installation. Do not operate or test the motor before it is mounted in the door, as this can cause the anti-pinch function to malfunction.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: With the regulator installed and connected, pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch up switch for 3–5 seconds when the window reaches the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch down switch for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to move the window fully up and confirm it stays at the top.

If the window drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is set correctly.
