IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES

This regulator is designed to work with the existing electric motor (not included). For motors with anti-pinch and one-touch functions, correct setup is essential to avoid malfunction.

ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (GENERAL GUIDELINES)

• Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• Install the motor to the regulator and connect to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the window fully up. If it drops after reaching the top, the anti-pinch function must be reset.

Reset procedure (typical sequence):

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass fully to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the glass fully to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Operate the one-touch up function and confirm the glass stays at the top.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly stored. Always follow the specific procedure in the vehicle service manual where available.
