ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (FOR MOTORS WITH ONE-TOUCH)

If used with a window motor featuring anti-pinch and one-touch function, the motor may require resetting after installation.

• Install the motor in the door before testing to avoid anti-pinch malfunction.
• Connect the motor to the one-touch window switch and check that the window travels fully up.
• If the window goes to the top and then drops, reset the anti-pinch as follows:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the switch in the down position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Use the one-touch function to move the window fully up and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset procedure until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
