ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (FOR MOTORS WITH ONE-TOUCH)

If used with a motor that has an anti-pinch/one-touch function, the motor may require resetting after installation.

• Install the motor on the regulator in the door before testing.
• Connect to the one-touch window switch and raise the window fully.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the switch in the down position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Use the one-touch function to move the window up to the top and check that it no longer drops.

If the window still moves down after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the function operates correctly.
