ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This motor is designed to work with one-touch window switches and may feature an anti-pinch safety function. Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, as this can cause the anti-pinch setting to fail and require reset.

• Install the regulator and motor in the door and connect the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up; the window should move fully to the top.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to move the window up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window no longer drops after reaching the top. If it still drops, repeat the steps until successful.
