ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP (IF APPLICABLE)

If your vehicle uses an anti-pinch window motor, the function may need to be reset after installation.

• Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Check if the window travels fully to the top as normal.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform a reset as below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the glass moves slightly up to the top stop.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly so the glass moves slightly down to the bottom stop.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the glass fully up and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset procedure until the anti-pinch function operates correctly.
