ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (IF APPLICABLE)

If your vehicle uses an anti-pinch (one-touch) window function, the motor may need to be initialised after installation.

• Install the regulator and motor in the door before testing.
• Connect to the one-touch window switch and operate the window fully up.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, follow the reset steps below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the procedure until the function is correctly initialised.
