ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION NOTICE

Some electric window motors are equipped with an anti-pinch safety function. Incorrect testing or installation can cause this function to fail and require resetting.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• Install the regulator and motor, then connect the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up to raise the window; it should move fully to the top.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, reset the anti-pinch function.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the function is correctly set.
