ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION NOTICE

Some electric window motors are equipped with an anti-pinch safety function. Incorrect testing or installation can cause this function to fail and require resetting.

• Do not test the motor before installation in the door.
• Install the regulator and connect it to the correct one-touch window switch.
• Pull up the switch to check the window travels fully to the top.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, the anti-pinch function must be reset.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch up switch for 3–5 seconds with the window at the top.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch down switch for 3–5 seconds with the window at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the above steps until the reset completes successfully.
