ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP (IF APPLICABLE)

If your vehicle uses an anti-pinch function with one-touch window operation, follow these guidelines:

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may fail and require reset.
• The motors are tested and preset before dispatch.
• Install the motor, connect to the one-touch window switch, and pull the switch up so the window travels fully to the top.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, reset the anti-pinch function using the steps below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET INSTRUCTIONS

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window up to the top again.

If the window no longer drops after reaching the top, the reset is complete. If it still drops, repeat the procedure until successful.
