PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Set of 2 front outer door handles in black finish, supplied for left (driver side) and right (passenger side) front doors. Designed as a direct replacement for the original front exterior handles on BMW X5 E53 models.

INSTALLATION NOTES

ANTI-PINCH WINDOW MOTOR RESET (IF APPLICABLE)

If the vehicle is equipped with a window regulator motor with anti-pinch function, the motor may need to be reset after installation or reconnection.

• Do not test the window motor before it is fully installed in the door or the anti-pinch function may fail.
• After installation, connect the motor to the one-touch window switch and operate the window to full travel.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, follow the reset steps below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds when the window is at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset procedure until successful.
