Additionally, examine the wiring for any melting and make repairs as needed. Apply high-temperature dielectric grease to all connectors to ensure proper insulation and conductivity.2. Please be aware that the wire color code used in our stator/regulator assembly might differ from the original equipment. Despite this, rest assured that all wires are connected in the correct sequence; do not alter the wiring setup. This stator has been designed as a direct plug-in replacement unit and should be installed accordingly.3. When securing the stator with bolts, always apply a locking compound to prevent loosening over time. Should the stator come equipped with a pickup coil, it is critical to confirm the correct air gap setting during installation.
