note for window regulator motor with anti-pinch function
Instruction for setting anti-pinch function for electric motors
- – Do not test the motor before setting in the door, or the anti-pinch function will fail and must reset in the following way.
- – The motors had been tested and set up correctly before they were delivered.
- – Install the motor and connect with the one-touch window switch. Pull up the switch and it is correct if the window goes up all the way.
- – If the window drops down after reaching its top end then the reset is necessary for the anti-pinch function.
Instruction for the reset
- Step 1: Pull the window switch very shortly to make the window go up slightly to the top.
- Step 2: Pull the one-touch switch up for 3-5 seconds in the top.
- Step 3: Press the window switch very shortly to make the the window go down slightly to the bottom.
- Step 4: Press the one-touch switch down for 3-5 seconds in the bottom.
- Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to make window go up to the top.
Resetting completed if window didn't go down after reaching the top.
If it goes down after reaching to the top, please repeat the above steps until it succeed.

Return the Item:
You must return the product to us so that an assessment can be conducted. For certain items—especially electrical parts or specially ordered products—this may involve forwarding it to the manufacturer or a certified repair agent.

What Items Can Be Returned?
All standard products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that specially ordered products are not eligible for return unless the item is faulty or not fit for its intended purpose, in accordance with consumer law.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- You must provide a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Products cannot be returned if they have been modified, tampered with, damaged, or incorrectly installed.
- Electrical items cannot be returned if the original seal is broken.
After 30 days, all purchases are considered final and not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
- Lodge a return through eBay.
- Provide your reason for return.
- Wait for return instructions from eBay.
- Package your item securely and include a copy of your proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
- UAP Auto Parts will only cover return shipping if we sent the wrong item.
- Return postage will apply for uncollected parcels returned to us.
Refunds & Credits
- Refunds cover the product cost only—not the shipping fees.
- Refunds will be made through eBay Managed Payments.
Damaged Items
- Photos of the damaged item
- Packaging and shipping label
- We may ask you to bring the damaged parcel to the local post office for damage assessment if the parcel was delivered by Australia Post.
We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Product Assessment (Faulty Items)
Some returns, especially electrical or custom products, may require a formal assessment.
This process may involve the manufacturer or repair agent, and we’ll notify you once it's complete.
Special Notice for Window Regulators & Motors
For window regulators with motors and standalone window motors:
- Do not remove these seals. Removal may void eligibility for return or refund, subject to our inspection.
If you need help finding the right part or have any questions, please here via eBay Messages. We will reply as soon as we can during business hours.
Delivery and Order Policy
1. Order Cancellation
All order cancellation requests must be submitted directly through eBay.
We do not accept cancellation requests via message or email.
Cancellation requests made after dispatch of the item will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Postal Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the postal address is correct at the time of placing the order.
We do not accept responsibility for lost or misdirected parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information or address changes made after the order has been placed.

If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, address change, or failure to collect:
The customer will be charged a return postage fee.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier or local post office for redirection and cover any associated costs.
3. Warehouse Collection
You will be notified via email or SMS once your order is ready for collection.
Orders must be collected within 30 days of the notification.
If your order is not collected within 14 days, our staff will attempt to contact you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
If the order remains uncollected after 30 days, we will process a refund to the original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal account).
4. Collection Procedure
Orders can be collected during our trading hours.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed, which will include the expected collection date.
Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order.
If the confirmation is unavailable, valid photo identification and order details (including your name and product details) must be provided to our warehouse staff.
For orders over $100, a driver’s license is required for identity verification at collection.
5. Delivery Options and Authority to Leave
When selecting the delivery option, you may choose to grant us Authority to Leave (ATL) the goods at your nominated address.

If ATL is not provided, and:
No one is available to receive the delivery, or
A secure location to leave the goods is not found.
We may:
Contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method (e.g., re-delivery or collection from a courier depot or post office).
Any individual at the nominated address who accepts delivery on your behalf is deemed authorized to do so.
Proof of identity and/or age may be requested at the time of delivery.
We are not liable for any loss or damage once goods have been delivered or left at your nominated address.
6. Delivery Conditions
We dispatch orders using a range of courier partners, based on your location, item type, and cost-efficiency.

However, if the actual delivery cost significantly exceeds the charged fee (e.g., for remote areas or oversized/heavy items), we may:
Contact you to discuss additional charges or alternate delivery options.
Cancel or modify your order by mutual agreement.
We only deliver to valid physical addresses where an order has been placed through our website.
7. Delivery Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package size/weight. Promotional offers such as free delivery may apply under certain conditions, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
8. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and ensure availability at the delivery address.
9. Missed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Additional delivery attempts or storage fees may apply if the parcel is not received or collected in a timely manner.
10. Delivery Acceptance
- All deliveries should be inspected upon receipt. Any damage, discrepancies, or missing items must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
11. Delays and Liability
- While we strive to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to revise delivery timelines without prior notice if necessary.
