IMPORTANT NOTE

This timing belt kit does not include the tensioner bearing. It is recommended to use a kit that includes the complete hydraulic tensioner assembly with bearing, or to purchase the required tensioner separately.

Because labour accounts for a large portion of timing belt replacement cost, it is good practice to replace all wear items in the timing drive system at the same time. Professional technicians commonly replace:

• Timing belt and idler bearings
• Hydraulic tensioner assembly
• Water pump (where driven by the timing belt)
• Camshaft and crankshaft oil seals
