Product Overview: This complete cylinder head assembly is manufactured for Toyota 5K and 5KU series 1.5-litre petrol engines, a proven powerplant found in light commercial vans and small MPVs. Supplied fully assembled with pre-installed valves, guides and seats, the unit is machined to original equipment dimensions and is intended as a bolt-on replacement for a warped, cracked or worn original cylinder head.
Key Features: The casting is produced from high-grade material and machined on CNC centres to hold deck flatness, valve seat concentricity and correct combustion chamber volume. Valve guides are fitted and honed, and the seats are cut to the correct angles for reliable sealing and consistent compression. Cooling passages are cast to original profiles to maintain uniform temperature distribution, while the machined manifold flanges allow correct gasket sealing for intake and exhaust fitment.
Vehicle Compatibility: This head suits Toyota Noah (2008-2016), Townace and Liteace (2000-2004), Liteace Van and Wagon (2000 onwards), Lite/Townace Noah and V models (2000-2007) and Townace (2022 onwards) fitted with the 5K engine. Confirm the engine code and OE number against the vehicle before ordering.
Specifications: Engine code 5K / 5KU; displacement 1.5 litres; inline four-cylinder petrol; material cast iron or aluminium; standard size; new condition; supplied as a complete assembly; 12-month warranty; purpose replacement and repair.
OEM / Reference Numbers: 11101-13062. Cross-reference this number with the casting identification on the original cylinder head to ensure the correct specification is supplied.
Applications: Well suited to light commercial vans, delivery vehicles, compact MPVs and people carriers, as well as general workshop repairs, engine overhauls and fleet maintenance programmes.
Benefits / Replacement Information: Installing this assembly restores lost compression, corrects coolant loss and combustion leakage caused by cracks or distortion, and removes the cost of separately reconditioning valves and guides. Because the head arrives complete, workshop turnaround time is significantly reduced compared with a full rebuild of the original casting.
Installation or Fitment Notes: Entrust installation to a qualified technician. Check the block deck for flatness and clean all mating surfaces, fit a new head gasket and new head bolts where specified, and torque in the correct sequence. Replace timing belt or chain components and coolant during the job, set valve clearances and ignition timing, then run the engine to operating temperature and check for leaks before road testing.
