  If you have a change of mind about your purchase or have ordered the wrong part for your vehicle, Sparesbox will provide you with an exchange, store credit or refund provided that:

  • It is within 30 days of your item(s) being sent
  • The item(s) is unused with original, sealed packaging and tags attached
  • The item(s) is not subject to the exclusions below

  Where there has been a change of mind or the part is no longer suitable for whatever reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  Listing Incorrect or Item is Not as Described

  If the part does not fit your car due to an incorrect or incomplete listing on our website, Sparesbox will provide you with an exchange, store credit or refund and cover 100% of the return shipping cost provided that:

  • The item(s) is returned within 30 days of arrival
  • The item(s) has not been fitted to your vehicle
  • Your vehicle VIN where the item did not fit
  • Picture of the boxed item before sending the return

  Warranty claims must meet one the following criteria and be sent to Sparesbox with a receipt to be eligible for a refund:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

Tridon Coolant Temperature Sensor TCS104

Tridon's coolant sensor range are an ideal replacement for worn and faulty sensors. Manufactured to stringent standards, they have been designed to function to an equivalent standard to the original sensor.

The coolant temperature sensor is designed to respond to changes in engine coolant temperature. The sensor is crucial in the control of temperature based functions performed by the ECU (eg spark and fuel timing, instrumentation, etc.).The coolant temperature sensor must be compatible with the vehicle engine management system. Tridon coolant temperature sensors have been carefully researched and engineered to operate within original equipment manufacturer's specifications for each specific application.
