Volkswagen ID.4 X 2020–2024 Front Wheel Arch Trim 11A853717 11A853718

Product overview

A replacement front wheel arch trim for the Volkswagen ID.4 X, the SAIC Volkswagen-built version of the ID.4. Wheel arch mouldings protect the lower edges of the guards from stone chips and road grime while giving the car its rugged SUV look. The trim is referenced to OE numbers 11A853717 and 11A853718, which cover the two sides of the vehicle.

Vehicle compatibility

Listed fitment data lists the SAIC Volkswagen ID.4 X with years quoted as 2020–2024, 2020 onwards and 2021 onwards. The listing title also mentions the ID.5, but this model does not appear in the listed fitment data, so ID.5 owners should confirm the part number before ordering. Vehicles built for other markets may use different trims, so check your part number carefully.

  • Replaces a scuffed, cracked or missing front wheel arch moulding

Installation requirements

Wheel arch trims are generally held on by push clips and screws along the arch edge, and sometimes by clips hidden behind the wheel arch liner. Turning the steering to full lock gives better access to the front arches. Remove the old trim carefully, check the clip holes in the body for damage, and press the new trim evenly into place. Replacing old clips is recommended, as worn ones can let the trim flap at speed. A panel shop can carry out the work if preferred.

Fitment checks before ordering

Fitment is based on listing data for the ID.4 X. Always confirm the OE-reference number or VIN before ordering, and note side requirements.
