Volkswagen Jetta 2010–2016 Projector LED Headlight Assembly 5CG941016

Product overview

This replacement projector headlight assembly with LED lighting elements is listed for the Volkswagen Jetta from 2010 to 2016 and references OE number 5CG941016. It is designed for drivers who need to replace a cracked, yellowed or water-damaged headlamp, or who want to upgrade the look of the front end with a projector-style unit. It is produced as an aftermarket replacement rather than a dealer part, which can make it a more accessible option when a damaged headlight needs replacing. Clear, bright headlights also play an important role in night-time visibility and passing a vehicle inspection.

Vehicle compatibility

Listed fitment data lists the Volkswagen Jetta from 2010 to 2016. Jetta headlights vary between halogen and xenon versions and between pre-facelift and facelift models, and each side of the vehicle uses a different part number. Please check that 5CG941016 matches the number on your existing headlight, or confirm with your VIN, before ordering.

Technical specifications

Installation requirements

Fitting typically requires removing the front bumper or grille to access the headlight mounting bolts, then connecting the wiring plug. As this is an electrical lighting component, professional installation is recommended. Have the headlight aim checked after fitting to make sure the beam pattern is correct and does not dazzle oncoming traffic.

Fitment checks before ordering

Aftermarket headlights may require adapters or coding on some vehicles, and the side is determined by the part number. Confirm the OE number, the side you need and your VIN with us before ordering.

Package inclusions

1 x headlight assembly as listed. Bulbs, ballasts and mounting hardware are not included unless stated.
