Volkswagen Jetta IV / Sagitar 2010– LED Rear Tail Light 16D945093 5C6945093A

Product overview

This LED rear tail light assembly is listed for the Volkswagen Jetta IV (chassis 162 / 163) from 2010, also sold as the Sagitar in some markets. It is cross-referenced to OE numbers 16D945093, 5C6945093A, 16D945094 and 5C6945094. Damaged or faded tail lights reduce visibility to following traffic, so replacing a cracked or failed unit is an important safety repair.

Vehicle compatibility

Listed fitment data lists the Volkswagen Jetta IV (162, 163) from 2010 onwards, and the attributes add the Sagitar name. The listing also flags the lamp as universal and mentions Skoda and an H4 bulb code, which do not match a Jetta tail light, so the fitment data should be the main guide. Please confirm the side and the OE number on your current lamp before ordering.

Key features

• LED rear tail light assembly
• Polycarbonate (PC) lens with ABS housing
• Rear left and rear right positions listed
• Reference numbers 95 44 88-15 and 95 44 87-15 also given
• New condition

Technical specifications

Installation requirements

The lamp is accessed from inside the boot by removing the side trim or access cover. Disconnect the plug, undo the retaining nuts and remove the old unit. Fit the new lamp with its seal correctly seated, reconnect and check tail, brake, indicator and reverse functions. If you are converting from a halogen lamp to LED, an auto electrician can check whether adaptors or coding are needed.

Fitment checks before ordering

Confirm the side (left or right) and the OE number by VIN before ordering. The 16D numbers relate to the China-market Sagitar, so owners of other Jetta versions should check carefully.

Package inclusions

1 x rear tail light assembly for the selected option. Bulbs and fixings are not included unless stated.
