VW Caddy III 2004–2015 LED Headlight Assembly 2K1941005 / 2K1941006

Product overview

This LED headlight assembly is a replacement for the Volkswagen Caddy III van, referenced to OE numbers 2K1 941 005 and 2K1 941 006 including the A and B suffix versions. It provides a cool white light output and suits fleet operators, tradespeople and owners replacing a damaged or worn front lamp.

Work vans often cover long distances and endure stone chips, minor knocks and constant UV exposure, all of which degrade headlamps over time. A new assembly restores night-time visibility and keeps the vehicle looking professional.

Vehicle compatibility

Listed fitment data lists the Volkswagen Caddy III Box (2KA, 2KH, 2CA, 2CH) from 2004 to 2015, which aligns with the 2K1 part number prefix. Facelift models and passenger versions may use different lamps, so please confirm by OE number or VIN before ordering.

Installation requirements

On the Caddy III the headlamp is typically removed after taking off the grille. Disconnect the battery, fit the lamp to all mounting points and connect the plug securely. Professional fitting is recommended, and the beam aim should be adjusted after installation.

Fitment checks before ordering

Numbers ending 005 are typically left and 006 right. Check the side, plug and headlamp leveller type, and verify by VIN before purchase. Ensure the beam pattern suits right-hand-drive vehicles.

Package inclusions

1 x headlight assembly per piece. Contents as pictured/listed for the selected option; mounting hardware is not included unless stated.
