VW Golf Mk7 / Mk7.5 2013–2020 Dynamic LED Front Lamp 5GD941661 / 5GD941662

Product overview

A dynamic LED front lamp referenced to OE numbers 5GD 941 661 and 5GD 941 662, listed for the Volkswagen Golf Mk7 and Mk7.5. It is a new replacement unit suitable for owners who need to replace a damaged lamp or want a bright cool white LED appearance.

The Golf Mk7 remains a popular car in Australia and New Zealand, and front lamps are frequently damaged in minor nose-to-tail collisions or by stone strikes. A new assembly restores light output and keeps the front end looking sharp.

Technical specifications

Installation requirements

Professional installation is recommended, particularly where coding may be required on Golf lighting systems. Disconnect the battery, gain access through the bumper, secure the lamp on all mounting points and test every function before adjusting the beam aim.

Fitment checks before ordering

Please confirm whether this is the main headlamp or an auxiliary front lamp, and which side each number represents. Check your existing part and verify by VIN before purchase, especially on Mk7.5 vehicles with factory LED lighting. Photos of your current lamp and its label help us confirm compatibility.
