VW Golf Polo Caddy Skoda Octavia Seat Ibiza Ignition Coil Pack 032905106 / 06B905106A

Product overview

This four-output ignition coil pack is referenced to OE number 032 905 106 and its common variants B, D, E and F, plus 06B 905 106 A. It was fitted to a large number of Volkswagen Group petrol engines from the 1990s through the 2010s, including models from VW, Audi, Skoda and Seat. A failing pack is a frequent cause of misfires and rough running on these engines.

As these engines age, heat cycling can crack the coil housing, so a replacement pack is often part of restoring reliable running.

Installation requirements

Label the ignition leads before removing them so they go back on the correct towers. Unplug the coil connector, undo the mounting bolts and swap the pack over. Inspect the leads and spark plugs, replacing them if they are worn or cracked. A technician can help if the misfire remains after replacement.

Fitment checks before ordering

VW Group used several coil designs on similar engines. Check the part number on your existing coil and verify with your VIN before ordering.
