VW Passat B5.5 / B6 2000–2011 Lamp Assembly 3C0941700B / 3B7941699

Product overview

This lamp assembly is listed as a replacement rear light for the Volkswagen Passat B5.5 and B6. It is referenced to OE numbers in the 3B7 941 699/700 and 3C0 941 699/700 ranges, and is offered as a new unit for owners repairing accident damage or a cracked lens.

Rear and front lamps on older Passat models frequently suffer from faded lenses, cracked housings or corroded contacts. Replacing the unit restores visibility to other road users and helps the car pass its Warrant of Fitness inspection.

Listed fitment data covers four applications: Volkswagen Passat (3B3) and Passat Variant (3B6) 2000–2005, and Passat (3C2) 2005–2010 and Passat Variant (3C5) 2005–2011. Please confirm by OE number or VIN before ordering.

Technical specifications

Installation requirements

Disconnect the battery before removing the lamp and its wiring plug. Keep the mounting seal clean and intact to prevent water entry, and test all lighting functions after fitting. An auto electrician should assist if any bulb-failure warning appears.

Fitment checks before ordering

The listed part numbers in the 941 699/700 range are commonly associated with front fog lamps rather than tail lights, and the specification mentions an H4 bulb. Please confirm the exact lamp type and position with us, compare it with your existing part, and verify by VIN before purchase.

Package inclusions

Contents as pictured/listed for the selected option; bulbs and mounting hardware are not included unless stated. Please select left or right where offered.
