VW Passat B8 2016+ Front Fender Left 3G0821021A

Product overview

This left-hand front fender is a new replacement panel listed for the Volkswagen Passat B8 from 2016. The listing gives OE references 3G0821021A for the left fender, 3G0821022A for the right fender and 3G0823031A for the bonnet. This listing is for the LH fender option, intended for repairing front-corner collision damage, deep scrapes or corrosion on the existing guard.

Vehicle compatibility

The part listing and attributes refer to the VW Passat B8 from 2016 onwards. The accompanying fitment data (56 rows from regional catalogues) lists Passat sedan (Limousine) and Variant models, including 4Motion and BlueMotion versions, but many of those entries carry year ranges from 1996 to 2011 that belong to earlier Passat generations. These older entries should be disregarded. The 3G prefix part number relates to the B8 generation, and facelifted B8 models from around 2019 may use different front panels.

Key features

• Left-hand (LH) front guard for the Passat B8
• Designed to replace a damaged original panel

• Helps return the vehicle's front end to a clean, factory-style finish

Technical specifications

Installation requirements

A professional panel beater should fit and refinish this guard. Trial-fit it before painting and check the alignment with the bonnet, LED headlamp, bumper and front door. Paint to your vehicle's colour code, then refit the arch liner, clips and any trim. Seal the joins and apply cavity protection to maintain corrosion resistance.

Fitment checks before ordering

On Australian and New Zealand right-hand-drive vehicles, the LH side is the passenger side. Because the listed fitment data is inconsistent, please compare the number on your existing guard with 3G0821021A or send us your VIN before ordering so we can confirm the correct panel.

Package inclusions

1 x left-hand front fender. Supplied unpainted unless stated. The right-hand fender and bonnet in the part listing are separate items; clips, liners and fasteners are not included.
