VW Polo V / Golf VI / Jetta / Audi A1 A3 Fuel Pump Assembly 6RD919051C 6R0919051N

Product overview

A new fuel pump assembly referenced to OE number 6RD919051C, with related numbers 6R0919051N and 6R0919051A also quoted by the listing. It is listed for a variety of Volkswagen group models, and is intended to replace a failing in-tank pump that is causing poor starting, hesitation or a drop in performance.

In-tank pump assemblies typically combine the pump with its housing and associated components, so a single unit can replace a worn module. Signs that replacement may be due include a whining noise from the tank, extended cranking or the engine faltering under load.

Vehicle compatibility

The listing names the following models, without year or engine detail:

• Volkswagen Polo V, Golf VI, Jetta IV, Passat B7 and Beetle
• Audi A1, A3, S3 quattro, A4 B8 and TT
• Seat Ibiza IV

No structured fitment table was provided, so specific years, engines and drivetrains are not verified. Fuel pump assemblies on these models vary widely by engine and fuel type.

Technical specifications

Installation requirements

Have this part fitted by a qualified technician. Disconnect the battery and depressurise the fuel system before lifting the rear seat base and removing the access cover. Keep any source of ignition away from the work area. Use a fresh tank seal where needed and verify there are no leaks once complete.

Check the fuse and relay first to rule out a simpler fault.
