Installation Instructions

• Ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry and free from dust, dirt and residue.
• Peel back a small section of the 3M adhesive backing to position the visor.
• Align the visor along the door frame so all edges sit flush.
• Once aligned, firmly press the joint surface while removing the remaining 3M tape.
• Allow at least 24 hours before washing the vehicle to ensure full adhesive bond.

Anti-Pinch Window Motor Reset (If Required)

If your vehicle is equipped with an electric window regulator motor with anti-pinch and the window drops after reaching the top, follow this reset procedure:

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch. Check if the window goes up fully.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset steps below.

Reset steps:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the above steps until the reset is successful.

Warranty claims: Faulty items may need to be returned for assessment. Assessment times can vary and may take several weeks depending on the product type. You will be advised of the outcome once assessment is complete.

Returns & Refunds

• Products are returnable within 30 days of receiving the item.
• A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and replacements.
• After 30 days, purchases are deemed satisfactory and returns are not accepted.
• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility for change of mind, incorrect part ordered or warranty claims.
• Return shipping is covered only where an incorrect item has been supplied.
• All freight and shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within a few business days of receiving the returned item or after assessment is completed.
• Refunds apply to the product price only and exclude any shipping charges.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.
• Products that are modified, altered, damaged or incorrectly installed may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Transit Damage & Packaging

• If an item arrives damaged, report it within 7 days of receipt with photos of the packaging, product and shipping label.
• Upon verification of transit damage, a replacement will be arranged as soon as possible.
• All products must be securely packed for return to avoid further damage in transit.

• If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, address change or being unclaimed, return postage charges may apply.
• Authority to leave can be provided for deliveries; once delivered to the nominated address, risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer.
