FITTING & INSTALLATION

• Clean and dry the door frame surface thoroughly, removing all dust, dirt, and residue.
• Peel back a small section of the pre-applied 3M adhesive tape on the visor.
• Align the visor with the door frame, ensuring all edges sit flush.
• Once correctly positioned, press firmly along the joint surface while removing the remaining tape backing.
• Allow at least 24 hours before washing the vehicle to ensure full adhesive cure.

ANTI-PINCH WINDOW MOTOR NOTE

If your vehicle is equipped with an electric window regulator motor with anti-pinch (one-touch) function, the window system may require resetting after installation.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Do not operate or test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch. Pull up the switch and check that the window travels fully up.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, perform the reset below:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and verify it no longer drops down.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the above steps until the reset is successful.
