ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION NOTICE

This kit is suitable for window regulator motors that may incorporate an anti-pinch function. Correct installation and reset of the anti-pinch system are essential for proper operation.

• Do not test the motor before it is fully installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may fail and require resetting.
• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch before testing.
• Pull the switch to raise the window. It should go up fully and remain at the top when correctly set.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, the anti-pinch function must be reset.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch up switch for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch down switch for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and check that it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until successful.
